GigaPan Time Machine - Google’s latest application can zoom in and out of a time-lapse video keeping its quality resolution.
One of the video they’ve posted is how a seed grows into a plant. What Google did was take photos of the life process every 15 mins over a span of 26 days and then compiled the results to make a panorama where you can zoom in to see the tiniest of details.

Delhi born Siddharth Mukherjee wins Pultizer...
Siddharth Mukherjee is the fourth Indian to have won this award for having written ‘The Emperor of All Maladies: A biography of Cancer’. The 40yr old assistant professor of medicine in Columbia University is also included in the top 100 influential people by Times this year! And he’s a treat to the eyes as well :)
